Step 01
Do not insert a new sim card
Download the MyMegatel mobile app
You can search "MyMegatel" on your app store.

After installation login the MyMegatel App
Your username will be the registered email address, and you can set up your password by clicking "First time login?".
After login the MyMegatel app
Wait for the push notification confirming your mobile activation.
Step 02
Do not insert a new sim card
Activate your number
Upon receiving the push notification, tap it to be redirected to the order status.
If you don't receive the push notification: Login our App > Order & Ticket > Order History > Order status
Processing Time frame
- For a Number Transfer - this can only be processed during
Monday-Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
*No porting on Sundays / Public holidays - For a New Connection - 24hours / 7 days
If you're setting up a new mobile number, go to STEP 04
Step 03
Do not insert a new sim card
- Please stay with your current SIM. You will receive a text message from TCF and MUST reply "Yes" to consent to the transfer.
- Replying after 2 hours of receiving TXT will cause cancellation.
Step 04
We will send you push notifications to update you on the order progress. Please wait to insert the new SIM card until we notify you that the activation is complete.
Please insert a new SIM card
If activation fails, we will inform you through the app, and you may need to try again.
Step 05
Manage your allowance
Go to usage in MyMegatel App to manage your allowance
Dashboard -> Usage
Mobile usage renews on the 26th of every month.
