Please refer to the following steps for eSIM activation on your iPhone devices.

Real Time Set up

Step 1: Nova uses the 2degrees network. When your eSIM is ready, you’ll receive a notification from 2degrees on your phone. Tap the notification to begin set up.

NOTE: If you missed the notification, refer to the Deferred Set Up  process at the end. 

Step 2: Tap Continue to start activating your new eSIM.

Step 3: Your new eSIM will download as a Personal SIM and appear as a new mobile plan on your phone.

Step 4: When prompted, tap Continue to confirm the new mobile plan.

Step 5: You can now label your SIMs.

Please keep your Megatel SIM as your Primary SIM until your transfer date.

Step 6:  You can give your new Nova eSIM a label (for example Travel).

Step 7: On your scheduled transfer date and time, your Megatel SIM will stop working and your phone will automatically begin using your Nova eSIM.

We’ll send you a text message shortly before the transfer so you know when the changeover is about to happen.

Deferred Set up

Step 1: In the Settings screen click on Set Up Mobile. You should see a red notification alert

Step 2: Tap on Set Up eSIM to start the eSIM installation process 

Step 3: Continue to activate your new eSIM (refer to Real Time Set Up process Step 2).
