Can I put my mobile plan on hold?
Unfortunately, we have no option to keep your mobile plan/service on hold. This is due our mobile plans are on-account based.
What do I need to do if I want to keep my number only?
- You can still keep your number with us, but there will be a monthly fee charged. For example, if you are on a Endless Data plan ($39-$79 monthly), you can switch to the lowest-tier plan to save on your monthly fee if you're not actively using the service.
- If you want to keep your number without paying a regular monthly fee then you will need to switch your mobile number to a prepay service. Please note that we do not have a prepay service.
