      A: Currently, there are no plans available that offer subsidies when purchasing a mobile device.

      A: Yes, our mobile plans are 5G ready. Please double check whether your mobile device supports 5G first.


      Q:  Will the 3G shutdown affect my mobile service?

      A: Please send a text message "3G" to the number "550" in your mobile device to find out if you need to upgrade your device or not.d


      Q: Which mobile network does Megatel use?

      A: We use a Spark network to provide a mobile service nationwide.
