1) Your services connected with Megatel are displayed via icons.
2) Your Megatel account number is a unique identification code for your account that you can use when logging into MyMegatel service or when calling into our Call Centre.
3) Megatel generates Energy Invoice on the 2nd working day and Telco Invoice on the 3rd working day of a month. The due date falls between the 16th and the 19th of each month. Your monthly billing cycle is always from the first till the end of a month. However, we may charge you for a month in advance plus a partial charge on your bill, if this is the first invoice that you are receiving.
4) This is the amount still owing from the previous month’s invoice which needs to be paid immediately.
5) This is the total amount charged on this invoice. You can check the breakdown of the charges on the second page of the invoice. This includes a monthly rental fee, add-ons and cdr, and does not include any one-off fee (installation fee, connection fee, and delivery).
6) This is the total amount charged include the any one-off fee (for example, modem delivery charge).
7) This section shows the total amount to be paid and due date. If you do not make full payment by the due date, you will incur late payment interest on the following month’s invoice.
8) This is the total amount of saving for this month. The detailed breakdown of monthly saving can be found on the second page of the invoice.
9) If you have set up recurring direct debit or credit card payment, payments will be arranged automatically on the displayed date. If this section is empty, your Direct Debit has not been set up. You can log into MyMegatel service to set up Direct Debit or make manual payments every month.
10) This is the address where Megatel is supplying you services.
11) Detailed breakdown of your services are displayed here. These include rental charges, discounts, extra charges such as installation fee, and any additional charges incurred from the previous months.
12) This shows the billing cycle for each charge. Your monthly billing cycle is always from the first till the end of a month. However, we may charge you for a month in advance plus a partial charge on your invoice, if this is the first invoice that you are receiving.
