Do you have trouble sending a text message from your mobile phone but still receive one? you might need to set SMSC number manually on your mobile phone. This method is only applicable to Android phones and the following steps may be different depend on what mobile phone you have.

1. From your mobile home screen, swipe up to open the menu

2. Tap "Messages" app on the screen

3. Tap "Options" symbol (3 vertical dots)

4. Tap "Settings" from the list

5. Tap "More settings" from the list

6. Tap "Text messages" from the list

7. Check if "Message Centre" has number as  "+64277439010" if not set message centre number.

This should configure your mobile phone to send a text message.
