Several types of gas meters could be used at your property. So please check this information for how to read your type of meter.

If your meter is a smart meter

1. Press and hold the button right above "OK" for about 4 seconds.

2. The screen on the meter will turn on and 5-digits number (reading) will be displayed.

* Please note that the screen on the meter will turn blank to go into battery save mode after.

If your meter is a standard meter (non-smart meter)

1. Your gas meter is measured in hundreds of cubic metres (cm3) for the consumption.

2. Your meter may have an odometer-type dial, in this case, you can read the numbers from the left to right.

3. Your meter may have two rows of dials. You need to look at the top row of dials to read the reading. (check the pointer on the dial)
