Megatel mobile is on Spark network and setting up your voicemail is same as Spark.
Please follow the below instructions to complete a voicemail setting.
Set up your voicemail
1. Dial 083210 on your keypad.
2. Follow the voice instructions to set up your mailbox.
3. Enter a PIN
4. Record your mailbox name. You will hear your mailbox name when you call in to check your messages.
5. Record your personal greeting message.
Please ensure to keep your PIN number to keep it secure.
** You can change your mailbox name, PIN number or greeting message. If you want to do this, please call your mailbox (dial 083210) and press option 3 from the main menu then follow the voice instruction.
Listen to your voicemail
1. Dial 083210 on your keypad.
2. Your new messages will play automatically.
Options
A. Press 1 to listen to replay a message
B. Press 2 to save a message
C. Press 3 to delete a message
Change your PIN number
Your PIN number is between 4 and 10 digits long. It cannot start with a zero, have digits in the same order as your phone number, or an easy to guess sequence like 12345 or 1222222. Please keep your PIN number secret so your mailbox is secure.
1. Dial 083210 on your keypad.
2. Press 3 for personal options.
3. Press 2 for PIN set up options.
4. Press 1 to change your PIN.
5. Follow the voice instruction.
Forgot your PIN number?
You will need to talk to us to get it reset.

2. Press 3 - change your personal options
3. Press 1 - change your greeting or mailbox name
4. Follow the voice prompts
How to cancel voicemail

Shortcuts to navigate voicemail menus
