How to setup a Direct Debit?

Online set up
You can set up your Direct Debit authority to pay the full amount due each month, quickly and securely online.

Direct Debit notice period
Customers on monthly billing cycles will normally receive a notice 10 days in advance of a direct debit payment transaction.
Cancelling your Direct Debit authority
If you no longer want to use Direct Debit as your payment option, you can change it to another payment method like Credit Card or Online Payment online here.
Deduction date for a Direct Debit payment
You will find a deduction date for direct debit from your monthly invoice which is usually between 17th to 19th of each month. We only process a direct debit payment once a month. We do not offer weekly or fortnightly payment options.
Things to note
Please allow at least 3 days before bill due date to get your Direct Debit set up. If you set up a Direct Debit after a monthly due date, your automatic payment will be applied the following month. In this case, we suggest you to make a payment on your own with different methods from MyMegatel App to avoid late payment fee.
