What is mobile data?

A mobile data is the connectivity option to access the Internet through your mobile network, in your case, through Megatel mobile network. You can control your mobile data option manually by switching it on and off. You can also enable Data Saver option which helps cut down your data usage by preventing apps from using data in the background. 

How to activate a mobile data

You can activate or deactivate mobile data from your mobile phone in two simple ways. Your settings on your mobile devices may differ from the following images due to different android or iOS versions.

For your Android mobile phone

Do it via the Quick panel option

1. Swipe down from the mobile screen to see the Quick Panel.

2. Tap the "Mobile data" icon to activate or deactivate. When the icon is blue, the mobile data is on. When the icon is grey, the mobile data is off.

Through the Settings menu option

1. Go to "Settings" on your mobile phone then tap "Connections".

2. Tap "Data usage" option.

3. Tap the "Mobile data" option to activate or deactivate.

For your iPhone mobile phone

Do it Via the Quick panel option

1. Swipe the mobile screen to see the Quick Panel.

2. Tap the "Mobile data" icon to activate or deactivate. When the icon is green, the mobile data is on. When the icon is grey, the mobile data is off.

Through the Settings menu option

1. Go to "Settings" on your mobile phone then tap "Mobile".

2. Tap the "Mobile data" option to activate or deactivate.
