      What is PUK code?

      A PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code is a 8-digit unique code to your SIM card. You can use this code to unlock your SIM PIN.

      Your SIM card comes with a security PIN and a PUK code. 


      When does my SIM card get locked?

      Your SIM card will get locked when you enter incorrect PIN number for 3 times. You can use the PUK code to unblock your locked SIM card, but if you enter an incorrect PUK code for 10 times, you will need to get a new SIM card from us. 


      Where can I find my PUK code?

      You can find your PUK code on the SIM card package from us.


      I don't remember my PUK code or don't have the SIM card package anymore.
