Do I need a new SIM?

Yes. Your number will be transferred to your new SIM at your scheduled transfer time.

We’ll send SMS reminders including a week before, 1 day before, and on the day of your transfer to help you get ready.

Can I change my mobile transfer date and time?

Your mobile transfer date will be between 16 April - 30 April.

Check your email to see when your scheduled mobile transfer date and time is. 

If you’d like to change your date or time, you can do so before 3rd April by clicking on the link in your email. 

Will there be any difference to how Nova bills for mobile?

Yes. Nova’s billing cycle is different from Megatel’s. To align with Nova’s cycle, your first Nova bill won’t include a monthly plan charge.

Mobile usage also follows the calendar month, so your allowance will reset on the 1st of every month.

What happens to my Megatel roaming pack?

Any purchased and unused Megatel roaming packs will be refunded.
