Order a missing / replacement Fibre Box (ONT) Power Cable
If your Fibre Box (ONT) power cable is missing or damaged, you can order a new one from your Local Fiber Company(LFC).
Your Local Fibre Company (LFC) will courier a new cable and it will take up to 5 business days.
However, if your Fibre Box (ONT) is missing or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid further delay.
