Does Nova offer an account app like MyMegatel?

Yes. Nova’s online and mobile app account access is called the Nova Hub.

The Nova Hub lets you:

• view and pay your bills
• track your energy usage
• submit meter readings
• manage broadband and mobile services
• update your details

Once your Nova account is set up, you’ll be able to log in.

Where can I download the Nova Hub?

For Apple device, download it from App Store here.

For Android device, download it from Google Play Store here.

How do I register for Nova Hub?

When you log in to MyMegatel app, a pop-up message will appear on the main page prompting you to register for Nova Hub.

1. Tap "Register" to begin the registration process.

2. The Username (customer email address) and Customer number (Nova account number) will already be pre-filled so you can simply tap on "Continue".

3. Set up your own password.

4. Tap "Complete Registration" to finish.

5. You can download it from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download the Nova Hub app.

6. If you have multiple accounts with us, you only need to complete this once for all your accounts.

7. Nova Hub will also support multiple languages. You can go to My account from the main menu then Language to select Korean or Chinese as your preferred language option.

When can I use Nova Hub for my services include making a payment?

You can register for Nova Hub now but most functions will be active from 1st May 2026.
