What is Online Eftpos?

How do I make a payment in MyMegatel app?

1. Go to Billing in MyMegatel app.

2. Tap on "Pay now" button, enter the amount you want pay then tap on "Next" button.

3. Select "Online Eftpos" from the list.

4. Select your bank from the list, enter your mobile number then tap on "Next" button.

5. Log-in to the bank app.

6. In the bank app, find "Payment Requests" and approve the request. As soon as you approve the payment, you will see the approval confirmation.

7. Return back to MyMegatel app and you will see a "Payment successful" message on the app once the payment is complete.

What is "Trusted" feature for Online Eftpos?

Some banks also provide a "Trusted" feature. For even faster payments, you can enable the Trusted option in your bank app. Once "Trusted" is enabled, future Online Eftpos payments can be approved automatically, without needing to open the bank app to approve the payment request.
