Your Username is the email address used when you sign up a service with us.

First time log in

If it is your first time login, please click on First time login link on MyMegatel App or website.

- You need to enter the email address registered with Megatel

- Check your email for a link that you can set up a password

Forgot your password

If you forgot your password, please click on Forgot your Password link on MyMegatel App or website.

- You need to enter your email address registered with Megatel

- Check your email for a link that you can reset your password

Log out of your account

Tap the menu Manage Account then Logout in the MyMegatel App

Multiple accounts with us

If you are using our service with more than one address, you can log in to the MyMegatel website or app with the same email address to manage your account. If the address is not displayed correctly, please log out and log in again.
