    Problem with MyMegatel log in

      Log in username

      Your Username is the email address used when you sign up a service with us.


      First time log in

      If it is your first time login, please click on First time login link on MyMegatel app or website.

      - You need to enter the email address registered with Megatel

      - Check your email for a link that you can set up a password


      Forgot your password

      If you forgot your password, please click on Forgot your Password link on MyMegatel app or website.

      - You need to enter your email address registered with Megatel

      - Check your email for a link that you can reset your password


      Change your password

      If you want to change your password, please change your password here in MyMegatel.

      - You need to verify 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone.

      - Your new password needs to be minimum 8 characters.

      - A notification will be sent to your current email address after the change is processed.


      Log out of your account

      Tap the menu Manage Account then Logout in the MyMegatel app


      Multiple accounts with us

      If you are using our service with more than one address, you can log in to the MyMegatel app or website with the same email address to manage your account. If the address is not displayed correctly, please log out and log in again.


      Changing your password will log you out immediately. Use the new password to log back in.
      First name must have atleast 2 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
      Last name must have atleast 1 characters. Numbers and special characters are not allowed.
