Our technician is working hard to restore the service as soon as possible. The estimated resolution time is 10:30 am today. We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience.

      [Resolved]Technicians have restored full service. All VoLTE outbound and inbound calls are terminating correctly. Issue Resolved at 14:00.

      [Identified]Some mobile customers nationwide are experiencing an issue which means they are unable to make or receive VoLTE (Voice over LTE) calls. We apologize to any customers who are impacted. Our network provider is working hard to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
