If you have an email address supplied by your current internet service provider, it is ‘owned’ by your provider. We are unable to transfer the email address and we do not offer an email service.

You can choose to set up an email account with a free provider like Gmail or iCloud Mail or you can keep your email address with your current provider. They may charge you a fee for this so we recommend checking with them first.
