Why do I still have an access to MyMegatel after closing the account?

1. You can still log-in to MyMegatel for 30 days after your account is closed with us. After 30 days, you will no longer have an access to MyMegatel both through the website and mobile App.

2. Your account with us will not be closed and have an access to MyMegatel if you have an outstanding unpaid balance under your account.

* If you want to permanently close your MyMegatel account after pay off your outstanding balance, please contact us for your request.
