Bring your own modem
If you are using a third-party routers, you will need to setup your router to our Internet configurations for the Internet to be connected with us.
Please note that some routers especially provided by other Internet Service Providers may not work with us.
Please find the model of your router below to go to the setting page.

* If you cannot change the settings yourself and need help setting up, please contact the router manufacturer so they can help you with the setup. Otherwise we strongly recommend you to use a Megatel modem (router) instead.
